To Manually Configure Email Accounts in Outlook Express:

STEP-1

 

 1-- Open "Outlook Express"
 2-- select Tools> Accounts from the top menu

 
 

 


STEP-2

1-- " Internet Accounts " window would pop up, See the Picture Below
2-- Click on " Mail " tab
3-- Select " Add " icon on the right hand side of the window
4-- Select
" Mail " from the displayed option


 


STEP-3

1--This would open a new window " Internet Connection Wizard ", See the Picture Below
2--Type in your Domain Name in the " Display Name " inbox > Click Next
 


  


STEP-4

1--You Switch to " Email Address " page, See the Picture Below
2--Type in your Email Address (
abc@domainname.com) in the " Email Address " inbox > Click Next
 

 


STEP-5

1--You Switch to " Email Server Name " page. See the Picture Below
2--Type in domainname.com in the " incoming mail(POP3 Server) " and " Outgoing Mail(SMTP Server) " inbox > Click Next


 


STEP-6

1-- You Switch to " Internet Mail Login " page, See the Picture Below
2-- Type in The full Email Address in the " Account name " Inbox, Type in The Password in the " Password " field, Select the checkbox: Remember Password, leave the checkbox next to " log on using secure password " blank > Click Next
 

 


STEP-7

1-- Click " Finish ", See the Picture Below
2-- Your Account is Configured

 


STEP-8

1--Close the " Internet Accounts wizard ", See the Picture Below
2--Go to Inbox
 

 


STEP-9

1--Select " Send/Receive " from the top menu and the mails starts downloading from the server, See the Picture Below

 

 


1-- In case you want to make changes to the incoming server, outgoing server, account name or  other properties of the email, Select             Tools>accounts from the top menu and the same " internet connection wizard " would open with your Account name listed there.
 

2-- Select your account name and click to " properties " icon on the right hand
 

3--This would open a window were you can make all your changes
 

4--In case you want to download all your mails from the server and delete the messages there, go for tab " Advanced Options " and select  the Option " delete mails after downloading "
